At my upcomming wedding, I would like a videographer to film the ceremony and the reception and to create a DVD of the entire event. I don’t need anything extremely professional nor anything low quality. What should I be paying for an average quality videography job? What should I be paying for a photographer? Can I pay less if I choose somebody to do both?

The cost of videographer depends on which part of the US you live in. But, generally, you will need at least two camera, also best in High Definition. $1500+ would be decenet video.
Photography Feedback: last i heard it was about 2 grand at least for a photographer and at least between 500 and 1 grand for video. i don’t think you will pay any less if you find someone to do both, it is just easier that way.
